Initial Contact

Once we receive your inquiry, a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss your needs and schedule an initial phone consultation.
Questionnaire and Consent Forms
After the initial phone consultation, we will provide you with a questionnaire to gather relevant information about your case and consent forms for you to review and sign. These forms are essential for us to proceed with the evaluation process.
Payment
Prior to starting the evaluation, we require a partial payment via Zelle bank transfer to the following number: 773-850-7366 (Garden of Reflection company number). Once the payment is received, we will schedule your first virtual session with one of our licensed therapists to begin the evaluation process.
Virtual Sessions
The evaluation typically consists of 2-3 virtual sessions with our therapist. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to discuss your background, experiences, and any relevant information related to your immigration case. Our therapist will guide you through the process and ensure that all necessary information is collected.
Report Generation
After the last virtual session, our team will begin compiling and analyzing the information gathered during the evaluation process. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete the evaluation report. We will ensure that the report is thorough, accurate, and meets the requirements of your immigration case.
Final Payment
Prior to finalizing the evaluation report, we require the remaining payment to be made via Zelle bank transfer to the same number: 773-850-7366 (Garden of Reflection company number). Once the payment is received, we will send the final report to your email addres

Sending to Your Lawyer
Upon request, we can also send the evaluation report directly to your lawyer after you have reviewed and approved it. Simply provide us with your lawyer's contact information, and we will ensure that they receive the report promptly.
